After a successful season at Canada’s Wonderland’s Splash Works Water Park, attention is now focused on making improvements for 2017. Recently, the park announced that it will install a new water slide tower complex, featuring four great slides. At 60 feet tall, Muskoka Plunge is a four-slide setup that will drop park guests from within an enclosed drop capsule launch chamber. After a brief countdown, guests will have the floor drop from underneath them and begin the high-speed free fall through some S-curves and 360 degree turns. Reaching speeds of approximately 25 mph (40 km/h), Muskoka Plunge will be surely become a fan favorite. This new addition is the perfect choice for the water park and truly complements the current popular attractions within Splash Works – like the Lazy River and Canada’s largest outdoor wave pool, Whitewater Bay.
